“OLDBOY” revolves around the theme of revenge. Dae-su spends 15 years locked up without knowing why. In the small room, only revenge is all he can think about and it takes over his life. Upon escaping, he embarks on a journey of revenge, ultimately leading to the ruin of his life. The letter forms of “OLDBOY” signify Dae-soo, and express the destroyed his life through broken letter forms and blood-stained.
